(yes the kids were mortified that I made them pose for this picture!)
After Target, the list including Chick-Fil-A (we probably went there 12+ times during our 5 weeks in the States), Moe's, Harris Teeter, the Hope Valley Country Club pool, and of course the farm. Sumner's list also included Neo Chine - since he likes their Chinese food a lot more than the authentic stuff in Asia!
Ella met up with two girlfriends the night we got back because they were leaving town the next morning. She was so excited to see them and then the icing on the cake was that she was TALLER than both of them as well - huge grins from Ella!
Alex Bayer and Caroline Sapir with Ella
Our first week we were able to go to a Bulls baseball game with Aunt Ashely, Uncle Andy, Logan, Hunter and baby Grayson. I think Grayson might have been the youngest Horton to ever meet Wool E. Bull!
As a reminder of why we miss having our family around, I took Logan and Henry to the Museum of Life and Science and watched the two of them run around exploring together - very, very cute.
Ella and Henry snuggling together reading out at the farm
Ella showing off new clothes after our run to the Outlets .....
.... OK, it's the heels that make her look so darn grown up!
Aunt Ashley, Grammy and Mommy at the HVCC pool - so much fun getting to hang out together!
